Background
Sleep Testing Australia provide sleep testing across more than 20 locations Australia wide. The process of performing a sleep test requires input from up to 6 different parties – technicians, scorers, reporters, doctors, admin, and financiers. Each needs to see their part of the workflow.
KND designed and built their “Homebase” SaaS platform that controls documentation at each stage in clearly defined workflows. Until now, this has been a manual, paper-based process.
Solution
KND developed a custom SaaS solution that enables all parties specific access to the system. They can see each case in the format that they need. The scored, approved reports are then sent to doctors for referral if required.
Bookings are managed by a two way API connection with Acuity. Invoicing is also generated within the system and we have recently completed a Medicare connection.
All data is siloed and encrypted to meet the national health care standards.
The new system has enabled STA to increase their workload capacity by several times, while providing better transparency and significantly reduced errors.
