The Ember Industries brand is a relatively new player in the booming outdoor fireplace and fire cooking industry. Their products are innovative, stylish and built with precision. The product range is designed for a personal backyard or a commercial kitchen or food truck.
Demand for Ember products grew quickly, but online sales suffered due to a sub-par website.
Solution
We rethought the user experience (UX) and designed a site that fits the mood and style of the products, but also made the ordering process clear. Some products have a lot of options and accessories. This had to be simple to understand and navigate. And, shipping things that weigh 300kgs requires a different approach to, say, a phone case shop.
