Background
Fire and Safety Australia are leaders in providing safety and workplace training throughout Australia. In 2024 they trained approximately 50,000 students! They also provide emergency response teams and solutions to regional and remote locations.
Solution
KND worked with FSA starting in Q1 2024 to undertake a full redesign, based on UX testing processes and technical integrations. A fresh website presence was launched in September to support their national growth, that integrated with core internal systems of Axcelerate and Salesforce.
The site is tightly integrated with the Axcelerate API to produce realtime course schedules, content and enrolment processes. This is being expanded in 2025 to streamline inquiry and financial integrations.
