We are extremely proud to be working with Orange Sky. The launch of the new Australian and New Zealand websites marks the completion of an 18-month process to collate 10 years of analytics data plus in-depth interviews with stakeholder groups – volunteers, donors, fundraisers, sponsors and Friends doing it tough – remote and urban.
We used this data to craft a new web presence that caters for all. The cutting edge user experience is not only an effective driver of marketing and donations, it’s also a useful tool for Friends to find Orange Sky services in their area and volunteers to find up-to-date shift data.
All shift data is automatically fed out of their volunteer system. Every other conceivable kind of data is collected and managed in Salesforce and connected to work flows and automations. E.g. donations, fundraising, UTM’s. Traffic is tracked with a comprehensive Tag Manager and GA4 set-up.
No decisions have been guesswork.
